Past Successes
Our team has worked with several legal aid organizations across the US, including on projects redesigning and augmenting client intake for legal aid organizations in Illinois, Tennessee and Florida using voice AI, working hand in hand with the intake staff who run it. Each engagement involved mapping the existing intake, rebuilding the screening questions around the program’s own eligibility and priority rules, and refining the questions and intake flow based on live results. Our team also has extensive experience with supporting legal aid organizations in applying for grants, including LSC’s TIG grant.
